Sourcing the water is just as important as anything else. So we trust only ourselves when it comes to that task. Our water is sourced from our own well, which runs 450 feet deep – untapped and pure. Our water is rich with minerals that only add to the quality of FLYTE Vodka. The smooth, crisp and clean flavor we achieve is just an understatement.

Delicious Cocktails
Vodka has been made the same way for centuries, we haven’t changed it. We just made it more… Canadian.
First, we source organically grown corn all grown right here in Ontario.
The corn is finely ground and mixed with water to create a mash. The mash begins a healthy fermentation with a product reaching roughly 8-10% alcohol
Fermented mash is then distilled in column stills to obtain 95% alcohol.
This process is repeated 3 times to ensure the highest possible quality.
The spirit is then blended with fresh water rich in minerals straight from Newmarket, Ontario.
Filtration is then performed with proprietary charcoal carbon filters to remove any impurities.
The finished product is then hand bottled and packaged with each bottle passing through our quality assurance team.
